Hi all,
I just got inspired by the video @RezaDorrani Power Apps: 🔍 Search SharePoint Lists without Delegation Issues 💪 - YouTube.
I want to use the return from the Search Graph API and build a collection from the return. To each itemlistID from the search return, I want to append the right columns values in the collection. So that the user can search not via title but with columns.
I save the search call (Untyped object) in a Collection:
ClearCollect(colDepartmentLib;Table(Index(Table(Index(Table(searchResults.value);1).Value.hitsContainers);1).Value.hits));;
Now in each value in hits there is a ListItemID. I want to go through each item and add the correct value like department any other value in sharepoint which is not included in the search api with each ListItemID.
Therefore, I want to use a crawler to attach the correct department (any other column) in a collection to each value of colDepartmentLib.
//Crawl to each value and append this value in collection
LookUp(colDepartmentLib; ID= Value(ThisItem.Value.resource.fields.listItemID)).Department
My assumption is I need to create a crawler for each value in the colDepartmentLib and go through each value and add with LookUp the right value.
Hope someone has an idea how to build this,
Cheers and thanks!
