How to remove scroll bar

Hi!
Could you help me please, How can I remove scroll bar on my form?

I had duplicate scrolls. I want to remove one.

    Increase the size of your form!  A form will only scroll if the height of the form does not meet the needs for all the controls/cards in it.

    Do I understand correctly that need to write my own value in pixels here?
