Could you please share a bit more about the 1920 x 1024 resolution option within your app?
Which layout type app do you create within your PowerApps? Tablet Layout app or Phone Layout app?
I have made a test on my side (create a Phone layout canvas app), and don't find the custom resolution option (e.g. 1920 x 1024) within the App settings.
When I create a Tablet Layout canvas app on my side, I could set a custom resolution for my app within the App settings as below:
I afraid that the custom resolution option is not supported in Phone Layout canvas app within PowerApps currently. If you want to set a custom resolution (e.g. 1920 x 1024) within a Phone layout canvas app, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.

As an alternative solution, you could consider take a try to convert a Phone Layout app into a Tablet layout app, then edit the converted Tablet layout app, within this Tablet layout app, you could set the custom resolution within App settings.
