All user roles assigned in a Dataverse Solution giving error 502

I have a PowerApps Dataverse solution. In that i created a new security Role called "Project Services Admins" by copying the System Administrator security role, if i assign a user that Project Services Admins, the user will not be able to access the solution.

They will get this error message:

But if i add the role role of the System Administrator to that user, they are able to access the solution.

Hello,

why you've copied the standard System Administrator role instead of creating a new one? Are you sure that your new role has all the necessary privileges? It seems that the issue is that you're missing the access to something.

Getting the same error here...

Copied the Basic User role to create an new role.

I looked into the privileges and they seem to be right...

What privilege would cause this error?

Hello,

you can try maybe to check and compare System Administrator role - maybe something here:

You can check Customization section or something like that. There must be a privilege which's missing and which System Administrator role has.
