I would like to have an email automatically go out on the 3rd week of each month. Is this possible with flow?

From what I've seen in the Recurrence trigger, there's no option to have a Flow start on a specific week of the month. Perhaps you can submit an idea in the Flow Ideas Forum:

I agree with @faustocapellanj’s thought, there is no way to send an email automatically on the 3rd week of each month in Microsoft Flow currently, if you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:
