I currently have a PowerApp for my company that we use to submit our yearly trainings that is tied to a sharepoint list. As a result, user have to input there information 10-15 times along with the individual attachments.
Is there a way to create each user a profile, that has their admin infor only submitted one time but then creates their own individual profile where they can just submit their trainings all together?

You just need to create a List (I assume you are using SharePoint) with all the details including their email address then at App OnStart
