Forms and excel and getting all responses without IT needing to modify the flow

Hi,

My company has been using a Learning management system that I have built using Forms, Dataverse and an App. The employee does the test and the responses are shown in the App for the educator to review. Since Microsoft have made an update to ONLY update the connected Excel file when it is opened manually I am searching for answers how we can rebuild the solution without having to add manual time to update the flow each time one question is modified in the Form. I have 15 Forms and many of them have 80+ questions. We hope to keep the seamlessness that we have reached and not having to step backwards. Update to the new solution for syncing forms responses to Excel | Microsoft Community Hub

My requirement here is that the IT department should not need to update the flow when the Form is modified. This is a critical issue for us because our whole Onboarding process is dependent on this seamlessly working.

The existing solution in Power Automate:

This will get the Excel file that is connected to the Form
The Childflow can receive responses from many Forms:
And finally each question and answer is saved in a Dataverse table, linked to the employee, and is visible in the app for review for the Educator.

    It looks like the last screenshot wasn't included when I saved:

    I have made a test with Google Forms and there I can get a payload (from a webhook script) that I can actually use. The payload from Microsoft Forms is useless unfortunately. Let's look at the comparison:

    Google Forms:
    [
      {
        "What is the number of days in a year?""365",
        "What is the color of the sky?""Blue",
        "Name the three most important things about Sweden?""Democracy, cold, safe."
      },
      {
        "email""sara@kbs.email.se"
      }
    ]

    Microsoft Forms:
    {
      "responder": "sara@kbs.email.se",
      "submitDate": "11/25/2024 1:03:56 PM",
      "rc243d5a3b98f4c55a930060777e90be8": "365",
      "r5f65bb1dd7e84e02b603181865a02d40": "Blue",
      "r1e1eae619d8342a0bc62f42b3079db0d": "Democracy, cold, safe."
    }

    If the body in Microsoft Forms wouldn't use the ID of the field and instead show the question this would all be solved.
