Change reset time in ready formula

I have a formula, which Laurens @LaurensM helped me build (thank you) that says that every time the fill of a rectangle based on conditions in the SP frequency column will fill green or orange, Daily = every day at 5:00, Monthly = every month at 5:00 and Weekly = every week at 5:00, but now what I need is instead of resetting only at 5 o'clock, to also reset at 3 o'clock in the afternoon (3:00 PM)

NOTE: I'm from South America, here the time is 15:00 and not 3:00 pm, but I don't know if this changes in the formula.

With(
 //Temp save date value based on Frequencia
 {
 wDateValue: Switch(
 ThisItem.Frequencia;
 "Diario";
 Today();
 "Semanal";
 DateAdd(
 Today();
 -Weekday(
 Today();
 StartOfWeek.MondayZero
 );
 TimeUnit.Days
 );
 "Mensal";
 Date(
 Year(Today());
 Month(Today());
 1
 )
 ) + Time(
 5;
 0;
 0)
 };
 If(
 Now() >= wDateValue && DateTimeValue(
 Label9.Text;
 "pt-BR"
 ) < wDateValue;
 Color.Orange;
 Color.Green
 )
)

 Thanks!

    @Joaoandrebs ,

    Just update you If condition with the below formula,

     If(
     Now() >= wDateValue + Time(5, 0, 0) || Now() >= wDateValue + Time(15, 0, 0),
     Color.Orange,
     Color.Green
     )

    @Joaoandrebs  Try:

    If(
     Now() >= wDateValue && DateTimeValue(
     Label9.Text;
     "pt-BR"
     ) < wDateValue
    	||
    	Now() >= wDateValue + Time(10;0;0) && DateTimeValue(
     Label9.Text;
     "pt-BR"
     ) < wDateValue + Time(10;0;0)
    	;
     Color.Orange;
     Color.Green
     )
