Suddenly a flow requires the run-user to have a premium license

Hello,

One of our instant flows stopped working for one of our run-users. This user does not have a license to run premium connectors/actions but the free plan. It has worked wonderful for this user till now. Suddenly the user gets the error that they don't have a correct license to run flow with HTTP action. Ideas of why this could suddenly be happening?

@shavora The HTTP action is a premium connector so they have to had some form of license to run this previously.  If no one is aware how, this user likely had a per user plan license trial that expired.  Please check that in O365 licenses.

@DAllen365 They haven't had that license. And it suddenly started working again for no reason, we did not change the licenses. To be clear this was a flow that was initiated from An item on Sharepoint list.
