Hello: I'm having issues with my data translating to my cvs file. It continues to give me this weird text: "[{""Value" with the values from sharepoint list. Is it because this column is a multi-select? See the screenshot below. Any help is appreciated.

Are you using flow to convert the data into a csv file?
If yes, please try:
join(xpath(xml(json(concat('{"root": ','{"date": ',item()?['Email2'],'}', '}'))), '//root/date/Value/text()'), ',')
