I have a flow Power Automated Flow, that checks to see if the item has been:
Rejected
Resubmit
Approved
the condition is when an item is created or modified in the SharePoint list.
How do I prevent the Email for Approved to stop being send out every time something get modified in the SharePoint list.
They only need the email sent once.
Is there a way to stop the flow for a specific item? what is the best way to prevent the flow from constantly sending the emails?
