Could not list or get new files with "Get files (properties only)"

There is a sharepoint folder with 8 files, I was able to list or get the files information with "Get files (properties only)", however, when I add a new file, it didn't show up in output. I also tried to delete an old one and re-upload a same file, the flow could not detect the new uploaded "old" file.

Do you know why? I need help!

I tested this now and working as expected. It could be the refresh taking more time than mine. What happens if you run after few minutes?

Thank you for your reply. I have been waiting for a couple of weeks. I have tested a lot, but seems this doesn't refreshed. I'm not sure if I need to rebuild a new workflow.

Something must be weird, I just tried a new flow with Get files (properties only), but still could not get the new files. Do you know why?

I now tried to create a new folder in "Documents" and add a few files, but I could not get anything from a new flow with Get files (properties only). Do you know why?
