Hi ,

I created a bot through PVA in teams . Everything works fine when tested .

Then i publish the bot --> Right Click and Add --> Pin the bot to the Teams menu .

My bot work except for one condition.

No output and no errors .

    @sthankakrishna ,

Do you have any workflow or skill in this condition?

Maybe the issue is inside an action in the specific condition.

Try to change something in the bot, publish it again. Or sign out and sign in to the Teams Desktop app.

If the issue persists, I recommend you to raise a ticket to the Microsoft Team, they can investigate better your scenario: https://powervirtualagents.microsoft.com/en-us/support

    Thanks  renatoromao,

I did try the start over option and no luck.

I waited for some time and even the next day but still the same.

The bot appears to be " typing..." , the message disappears and no message or error after that.

    Hi @sthankakrishna ,

To prevent disrupting users who are having an existing conversation with the bot, they will not receive the latest published content until a new conversation has started. A new conversation starts after it has been idle for more than 30 minutes.
You may want to try out the latest published content in Microsoft Teams right away.
You can do so by typing start over in an existing conversation.
This will restart the conversation with the latest content you have published.

Look at this documentation: Fundamentals - Publish a chatbot to various channels in Microsoft Teams - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Docs

Did you test using the "start over" message to get the latest version?
