Imported Canvas App successfully to environment, but cannot find the app in the list of apps anywhere, and now cant access the old app.

basically listed it all out in the question. I have tried reimporting it but get an error saying an app with the same name is already been uploaded.

    Have you tried searching for it using the search feature at the top of the list?
