Create App for access card APPLICATION
Employee apply for access card and submit the details to EMPLOYEE TABLE on dataverse , after submitting a manager must receive notification / email with a link to login and complete the application by entering his name that name , signature and date and review the employee application , and submit his data that will be stored on manager details table , once he submit , the director should old receive notification / email email with a link to login and complete the application by entering his name that name , signature and date and approve/reject the application that data will be stored on DIRECTOR TABLE , once he approve – the person who responsible for issuing the access card will receive the notification / email to login and complete the application by entering his name that name , signature and date and card no that data will be stored on ISSUED TABLE , after he submit , a user will receive the email/notification to login and confirm by entering his name signature and date that data will be stored on ISSUED TABLE
IF the director reject the employee will receive rejection email
