Attached screenshot is from one the Tutorial, where it is listed all the options as per I showed arrow mark with red color, where as it is not showing up anything for me except enter custom value.
This is trigger MS forms. "When New response is submitted"
and my second question: what is purpose of MS forms? when we create forms using PowerApps.

@yougan , the MS Forms name is a little misleading. The tool is meant to allow users to easily create Surveys and Quiz's. The drop down list in the flow trigger should list out the MS Forms that you created. If you don't see a MS Form that you created listed then you can select custom value and add the FormId to the field. You can find the FormID by going to your Forms home page, so you can see all the Forms you own and opening the form you want to use in the trigger and the FormID will be the last parameter in the URL.
