Hey everyone,
Is there a way to have a multiple choice form question populate in sharepoint as individual responses? I'm basically trying to make it very easy on the end user. For example They fill out a form that says Bob needs to complete Choice 1 and 3. Instead of having it show in sharepoint like this "Bob | Choice 1, Choice 3" it would do this...
Bob | Choice 1
Bob | Choice 3 This is the format we need it in for attendance purposes.
I'm trying to make it easier on the person filling it out so they don't have to fill it out 4 times.
Is this possible?
I think I've got this for ya.... I made an example form and a template in excel I'll attach here for you. If you create the flow to post the relevant information to the proper columns in here, your answers will be split automatically (post answer in Column F and it will split it into the individual columns automatically from there.)
If you want this to be on separate rows under two columns, Name and Answer 1, then Name and Answer 2 in the next row down, you can create a pivot table from the base table here to re-arrange the data.
