Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I'm new to sharepoint and powerapps, so i hope i explain this well. I have a powerapps dropdown menu which list various forms our organization uses. When a form is selected, the Launch command is used to references a sharepoint list to find the URL to a sharepoint document library housing the .pdf form. My problem is, when the form opens, it opens in some sort of preview window with limited options. You have to then click 'Open' then 'Open in browser' in order for the form to open in a real browser window where it can be filled out and submitted. How do i get it to launch directly in a full browser window? If this is not possible, i'd be fine with a download button but i'm not sure how to connect the download button to the selection the user makes in the dropdown menu.
