Copy newly modified files from local drive folder to OneDrive folder on Desktop

Hey Everyone,

I am trying my first flow and it's really simple, I just want to copy any files that are newly modified , (For example: automatically copying a word file after adding new text).

The problem is with my flow is that it copies all the files inside the folder, no matter if they are last modified or not and with OneDrive it will auto sync always and that's what i don't want.

I don't know what to add so it checks the size and last modified from both folders and compare them.

How exactly do you trigger your flow? Is there a cloud flow with a local file system trigger?

You can use Get files in folder and apply sorting in the action on .LastModified property. You could then build a For each loop on the list of files and process them all individually, where you can add an If condition to check the .LastModified and the .Size properties of the current item.

The issue here is that you need to have something to verify the modification against. You will need to know what is to be considered as "new" and what isn't.
