I have created 2 Custom Main forms under my Dataverse Table since i need to get the input from the different Fuel types. I need to add these 2 custom forms url in to the ModelDriven App navigation separately.
If i click the navigation it should be open the appropriate form and after enter the input it should be stored in to the Dataverse table. I was using Microsoft Sustainablity manager(Model Driven App). I am unable to find the option adding the formurl in Navigation. It contains only Dataversetable, URL, Webresource, Dashboard, CustomPage. is there any way to add dataverse customforms into Navigation directly?
