I need to change the End with Survey response. So rather than having it say "Thanks for . . . is there anything else I can help you with?" I'd like it say something else, or even remove it entirely. Is there any way to do that?

Yes, sure.
When you use "End with survey", your bot calls automatically the System topic called "End of Conversation".
Inside this topic, you can change the message, actions, and questions to the user.
