Hello,
I made a PowerApp and everything works. But suddenly 1 account can no longer use the PowerApp. Every time the message comes up: This app isn't working. Refresh your browser or try again later. What should I do? All Cookies are accepted and it is only with this account. If this account is logged in on another PC, he will not be able to open the PowerApp either.

I'd suggest that the user tries the 'in private' or incognito modes of their browser, or a different browser to see if that makes a difference.
If not, I'd recommend that you raise a support ticket by clicking the 'Create support ticket' button on the following page, and provide the session Id in your post. Microsoft support should be able to trace the problem using that Id.https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/support/

We've already looked into that, but his other apps in PowerApps do work. Only one doesn't work
You could consider sharing this app with him again.
Check whether this APP has an premium connection, and the user's license is not enough to use the premium connector.

I shared the app with him again, but nothing changed.
He also has a premium license.
i have an app embedded in Wordpress and I noticed the error goes away if the user is logged in to powerapps (make.powerapps.com). If the user isn't logged in to powerapps, the app in Wordpress page doesn't load. Displays "This app isn't working. Refresh your browser or try again." I hope this gets fixed sooooooooon.
