How to include data from previous steps in new step

Hi all,

I am trying to create a flow which does the following:

From an excel list

-I want to sent a message FYI to a list of people that approval was asked to the approvers

-At the same time I want to sent an approval request for each item seperately if the item in the excel has "OK" in the field and sent a customized mail which is in a table of the excel

-After the approval is received I would like to inform other people with a FYI that it was approved but this would need to include the customized mail which is dynamic and in the excel table

My question would be how can I refer to this as we currently ask approval for each item seperately and as the mail is dynamic I am afraid that after updating for the next item, the mail would overwrite.

Can someone assist?

In short I would like to sent a mail per item which has the customized message (that contains the information of that specific item) that the item is approved.
