Bulletins add Attachment (Word or PDF)

Hello All,

 

My company uses the Bulletins app made to integrate with teams. However, when posting our meeting minutes, we have a word document. Is it possible to attach a word document or PDF to the Bulletin? OR is there a way to create a table in the bulletin?
