Can't send approval emails - The recipient's email provider rejected it.

I have created a work flow in sharepoint (Office 365) which sends a email to get the approval from external users (gmail, yahoo) via outlook. When I trigger the work flow, I get a "Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it." in outlook. The email address is correct and every time I tried the same above email is received.

    Hi @Anonymous,

     

    Could you please share a full screenshot of your flow's configuration?

    Do you send an approval email to the external user using the "Send email with options" action?

     

    The error message told that the email message was rejected by one of the servers trying to deliver it. I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned. my flow's configuration as below:20.JPG

    Hi,

    I'm facing exactly the same issue:

    I've created a Flow that i triggered when an item is added to a list and sends an email requesting approval to the user for which the item is assigned. the users are internal to my organization.Flownotifcation.PNG
