Dropdown Choices becomes a Table, how to use in IF statement

Hi Guys,

Would appreciate your help, I have a form with a set up like this.

DataCard2 is a dropdown choice

DataCard3 is dependent on DataCard2 choices, however, I changed the items from the original choices from Sharepoint to (please see below).

It is working fine, however when I try to use the IF function to check the value of DataCard3, I am having an error and cannot use the DataCard3.Selected.Value anymore. I guess because it is no longer a dropdown select function but rather a table set up. Trying to create an IF statement to check if DataCard3 value is "Other, please specify".

Tried to look for an answer, but to no avail. Please help

If(
DataCardValue2.Selected.Value = "CCTV",
[
"Camera lost viewing",
"Camera blurry or out of focus",
"Camera viewing distorted or faulty",
"Camera facing wrong direction",
"CCTV not recording",
"Genetec technical issue",
"Other, please specify"
],
If(
DataCardValue2.Selected.Value = "Technical Issue",
[
"Unable to connect to CCure",
"iStar controller offline",
"No door activity",
"No badge activity",
"Hardware fault",
"Genetec Issue",
"Other, please specify"
],
If(
DataCardValue2.Selected.Value = "Alarm Activation",
[
"BGU",
"Panic Button",
"Door Held",
"Door Forced",
"Building Fire Alarm Activation",
"iStar Power Fail",
"Other, please specify"
], [])

    Hi @jlestervas_ ,

    You can condense it a bit like this and add "" to the empty Table, so it is still a string Value

    Switch(
     DataCardValue2.Selected.Value,
     "CCTV",
     [
     "Camera lost viewing",
     "Camera blurry or out of focus",
     "Camera viewing distorted or faulty",
     "Camera facing wrong direction",
     "CCTV not recording",
     "Genetec technical issue",
     "Other, please specify"
     ],
     "Technical Issue",
     [
     "Unable to connect to CCure",
     "iStar controller offline",
     "No door activity",
     "No badge activity",
     "Hardware fault",
     "Genetec Issue",
     "Other, please specify"
     ],
     "Alarm Activation",
     [
     "BGU",
     "Panic Button",
     "Door Held",
     "Door Forced",
     "Building Fire Alarm Activation",
     "iStar Power Fail",
     "Other, please specify"
     ],
     [""]
    )

    Your output should then be .Value
