Hi,

I have created an app and shared with external/guest users.

Web Error: The guest users can open the app but the data from SharePoint is not visible to them unless they open the SharePoint site or list once in their system.

Mobile Error: When they are opening the app in the mobile. They are getting "Error when trying to retrieve data from the network: Assignments failed: Something went wrong."

The SharePoint sub site is shared with all of them.

Once they are opening the SharePoint link in their web browser, It automatically starts working in Power Apps as well.

Correct - that is what they need to do to establish their SharePoint connection in your Tenant. I simply share SharePoint first and confirm they can access before sharing Power Apps with them.

So every time user has to access SharePoint first in order to access Power Apps ?

Internal users get prompted to create it the first time they open the app, but guest users need to create it by logging into SharePoint, which then establishes the connection. I cannot explain it in more detail than that other than to tell you it has to be done.
