Can not update field to "required field" during creating rule

Hello.

 

When I set up a new rule on some value , I try to define a particular field to be required field from not-required field,
But this possibility is blocked,:

is it possible to overcome this problem?

    The solution is to create the condition function within the field we want to make the change on whether it is mandatory or not .

    Without making any law conditions
