Filter all the items that matches the ID in a collection

Hello Everyone,

I have a collection of IDs as below.

CollectIDs

2741

2742

EquipmentList

ID     MasterID  EquipmentName

22      2741        Equipment X

23      2741         Equipment Y

24      2742          Equipment XX

25      2745          Equipment YY

When I have the formula Filter(EquipmentList, MasterID in CollectIDs.Value) it returns only one item for each match (ID 22 & 24 are returned). I want the formula to return all the items (3 items) when the MasterID is 2741 & 2742.

Appreciate the help.

    Happy that I found your topic because I am facing the same problem. I use fast all the functions out there to achieve this but it seems not to work like I want. I try the removeif as well as the remove. I try the forAll to loop through the first collection and only give back the records that match my conditions.
    For me its the opposite result I want to get and I know what to do to achieve this: using the Nor or (!). But the function doesn't work. Any help or advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!

    It seems like your current filter expression should actually return all matching records. The problem might be elsewhere in your code, or perhaps with the data itself.

    The function Filter(EquipmentList, MasterID in CollectIDs.Value) is indeed designed to return all records in EquipmentList where MasterID is in CollectIDs.Value.

    Double-check that the values in MasterID and CollectIDs.Value are both of the same type (e.g., both text, both numbers). If one is text and the other is a number, it may cause a mismatch.

    Also, ensure that CollectIDs is a collection and Value is the correct column name where the IDs are stored.

    If everything seems correct and you're still facing the issue, consider sharing more details or try troubleshooting your data.

    As you can see in the video it works perfect.

    Hi @MarcelLehmann thank you for your support but I still have the same issue. I checked what you mentioned (the data type and ensure that I am working with Collections instead of Sharepoint list).

    This is how my formula looks like:

    ClearCollect(
     NewCampaignCollection,
     If(
     Not(User().Fullname in QuestionCollection.Reviewer),
     CampaignCollection,
     Filter(
     CampaignCollection,
     Not(User().Fullname in QuestionCollection.Reviewer && ID in QuestionCollection.CampaignID && Title in QuestionCollection.Title)
     )
     )
    );

    The collection "NewCampaignCollection" should return all the records from the "CampaignCollection" that doesn't exist in the QuestionCollection. And the verification is made my the current connected user, the ID and the title.
    I should see 11 records in the collection but only 10 are shown. Any advice ? Thank you very much!
