Multiple item in Powerapps Form to sharepoint column

Hi,  I hope you are all doing well, and thank you for the time you will take to help me.

I have a list Sharepoint  with a poweapps form for ''wrong manufacture pieces'' or ''problem with part''.  Sometime we need to create  a request for multiple part but for the same customer.

So I would like to create one form that I can add multiple Item to a sharepoint column so my user will be able to see multiple part in only one request(patch). I tried multiple way to handle this but I would like to have your advice on how I should proceed.

I tried this way, we need to add the part#(#piece) and  explain  the problem(cause), the quantity. After Filling this info I would like to upload this to my sharepoint column format like this:

Part#: X  Cause: X Quantity: X and if there is multiple item I would like them to show like this
Part#: X  Cause: X Quantity: X
Part#: X  Cause: X Quantity: X
Part#: X  Cause: X Quantity: X

I tried with a collection but I am not sure this is the correct way and I had problem converting collection record into a text value(then i would have patch but im stuck).

My Add button(ajouter) look like this:

Notify("Succes";NotificationType.Success;1900);;Collect(
CollParts;
{
valSP: Concatenate(
"#item:";
TextInput6.Text;
" Cause: ";
TextInput4.Text;

" Qty: ";
TextInput5.Text
)
}
);;Reset(TextInput5);;Reset(TextInput4);;Reset(TextInput6)

I do not really need the Gallery, the best for me would be able to have everything into the sharepoint list. So on the submit action I would like to patch those record to get something like this or a similar result.

Part#: X  Cause: X Quantity: X
Part#: X  Cause: X Quantity: X
Part#: X  Cause: X Quantity: X

    Hi @ClearLight

    You are describing a many-to-many relationship between Customers, Parts and Issues. Ideally, there should be three lists and the data part of the app should look like this: _1.png Please see my blog about how to establish the relationships between the tables in PowerApps. https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/News-Announcements/Relational-Database-Principles-and-PowerApps-Step-3-Keys-and/ba-p/188640  and then how to implement it here:   https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/News-Announcements/Relational-Database-Design-fundamentals-Implementing-a-One-to/ba-p/200521

    Hi,

    I understand your solution and I  am facing a couple of issue.
    They have no fix list of customer, that why they would like a text field.
    I could have a list with Partnumber but it would exceed the item limit, we have over 10 000 items and part are changing /adding frequently so they would also prefer a text input. Same for the issue, we need a custom value so the tech can fill what he want.

    Thank you for the input I am not sure this is the best way for me, But I will read more in depth  your link tonight

    thank you.

    Hi @ClearLight

    You should have a list of customers so you can add, modify or delete them if necessary.  You can have a separate form to do this.  There is no reason not to have a parts list even though there are more than 10k.  You can manage them with a Filter() and StartsWith().  I an envision any number of complications if you try to accomplish this with a single list including duplications and misspellings based on inputting data from text inputs.
