I have a Canvas app with a SharePoint list which has multiple columns of Statuses corresponding to each department. For example 'Status of IT' , 'Status of HR' etc. all of these columns are choice based and have tow values either Pending or Complete.

In power apps I have a gallery which shows all statuses. I want to add a button which should select all those department statuses which are 'Pending' and create a collection. This button will appear on each item of the gallery so the collection should be based on the selected item.

I want to send the email to the managers where the status is Pending. I want to use the collection which is created above as subject.

Perhaps something like this to create the desired collection?:

If( ThisItem.'Status of IT'.Value = "Pending", Collect(colStatuses, {Desc: "IT Pending"}), ThisItem.'Status of HR'.Value = "Pending", Collect(colStatuses, {Desc: "HR Pending"}), // and so on to test all of the columns ) // to create a collection with rows corresponding to columns with "Pending" value
