Max Number of Conditions?

Hi,

I work in the concert industry and was original tasked with creating a flow to approve complimentary tickets based on a Form submission. Which I was able to do. But now I have been asked to create a flow with an option to select a 3rd response on the last approval to either mark these as complimentary tickets or have them billed off to an internal ledger code.

I started with the simple approval flow, but when i got to the final approval phase and added in the 3rd response option I can't list a secondary condition to the response of approval 3. Here is my 3rd approval layout:

So if the approval is rejected, an email is sent out to the original requestor saying that the tickets were denied. If the Approver 3 selects Approve or Bill off I need an email to go to 1 of 2 places.

Approve goes to the box office and Bill Off comes to myself to pull and bill the tickets off but when I added in Condition 6 based off Approver 3's response I don't have an option under Yes or No to send either of those emails.

Am I missing something, or is there a maximum number of conditions allowed under Approvals?

I was able to build a secondary condition under Approval 2 that I believe is similar but is based off the form's response of Venue after the approver makes a choice, but even if I try to select condition 6 as a submission based of the form, I'm still not getting an option to add something under yes or no.

Any ideas? Or did I hit a limit on conditions?

Thank you!

Cara

    Hello,

The limit for nesting is 8.

You can solve this by either combining conditions. Use expressions instead of condition actions. Or even use child flows to break down the logic.

    Marco
