Hi,
This is a change to the user interface made by the Power Apps team, you can temporarily re-enable the previous way by editing the settings of the app and changing the authoring version, but after a few more revisions this will be a permanent change and you will not be able to go back.
All of the commands you are used to are still there, they are just moved around, so there are more buttons on the far right hand side now like save, save as etc.
