What im trying to do with flow is get the items from sharepoint list with customer_appid = 269 and then create a table and send that as a email to user.

I got the result, but only issue is im getting 4 emails with same details.

I do not where did i missed and how it needs to be solved.

Bus if yes can i please know how can i solve this issue. I think that this can be doing using the customer trigger but again not sure will that work.

Thanks for your help in advance experts.

    Hi @Tapesh

As you have mentioned, it is the trigger causing this issue. So with the when an item is created trigger, the flow is triggered everytime an item is created in the list.

Can you share more details on the scenario you are building? For example, if you wanted to send the email everyday with the list of items for the unique Id, you can change the trigger to a recurrence so it triggers everyday (based on the trigger configuration) and you can add another query to the filter query as Created ge '@{addHours(utcNow(),-24)}' and this will get items that have been created in the past 24 hours only.

    Hope this Helps!

    Hi @Tapesh ,

If I understand your requirement correctly , you want to send an email containing an HTML table of details of list items where customer_appid = 269 .

You can achieve this using a Recurrence trigger and a condition get specific items.

Step 1 :  Use a Recurrence trigger and set its internal and frequency according to your need .

( For eg. you can run this flow on daily, weekly, monthly etc. basis when you want to send the report via email )

Step 2 : Use Send an HTTP request to SharePoint action and apply filter for customer_appid = 269

( Note: customer_appid should be the internal name of column )

Step 3 : Now create a HTML table and send an email using the actions you have implemented .

Its done !!! Only one email will send containing all the details of particular customer_appid.

If this answered your question, please mark this question as answered and if you liked my response, please consider giving it a thumbs up .

    Thank You !!!

    Hi @yashag2255  and @Diksha

Thank you so much for your replies experts.

But I guess either I did not explain the scenario properly or maybe there might be some miss understanding with the issue I created, maybe is not very clear to the point, and I really apologize for this.

However, the real thing is I only want the details of items that are created in the list, containing the specific has ID number, say for example, 265 or XYZ, and then create a table and send a mail.  However, So far so good, I managed to create the flow with some logic but as I said yeah, the email is sent to the recipient for every item which is created, and @yashag2255  you are right I did not even use the For each loop, its a simple action but still I encountered such issue.

    Any leads on this! Please?

    Thanks in advance
