I wish to have the following scenario:

- User wishes to modify the data (e.g. Stock Balance).

- He has to press a button to trigger for the action (said, a button with formula)

I wish to have APPROVAL prior to allow the button fires the action.

I have seen that in Flow,

- PowerApps can take action to send notification and then next step is approval.

What kind of approval can be done in FLOW to allow the button to be enabled to fire for approval and how can this allow the User to know to fire the action.

I know FLOW is excellent in APPROVAL and NOTIFICATION, but it is really new to me.

Hi @hpkeong,

To achieve this, the button in PowerApps will fire the Flow. Flow will then send an approval email, you need to add a condition, that if the selectedoption is Approve, add the next action. The flow should be something like this:

Hi @anhthuch4ng

I am pretty poor in Flow creation and always not successful consistently.
I will try again on this myself until I really fail then i will post again here for help.
