Hello everyone,
In below image I created headers with labels and added two forms(one is duplicate of other). I have removed datacardkey for all data cards. I want view to be like excel.
Now I want this form to appear automatically when I select + icon.
Is there a way that a new form appears when + icon is pressed? can that be achieved by creating a form in gallery?

Maybe when you click the + button, you can make a pop up, in which there will be a form and you can enter details there to make a new entry. Check out the following link how to make pop ups for forms:
