Microsoft PowerApps Office Add-in not working: Failed to retrieve the server config

Hello

 

The PowerApps Office Add-in does not work in my computer, and I tried all options mentioned in support documentation.

My version of Excel is Current Channel, Version 1701 (Build 7766.2060)

The detailed error message is:

    

Failed to retrieve the server config Details: Failed to load

    Hi Hascheidl,

     

    What’s your OS and version?
    I am using Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1607, and my Excel version is the same with you, version 1701 (Build 7766.2060).
    I can open an entity in Excel and sign in the Add-in with no error.

     

    Please make sure your Excel Add-in is installed successfully. Have you seen these two documentation about add-ins?

    I removed and readded the add-in and it seems to work now. Thanks for the support!
