I need help with calculating with Power Automate and Excel

Hi All,

Currently, I receive an Excel document from my colleague containing the order and corresponding item numbers for a customer. After this, I spend a very long time to add the price of each item number (Price List) to the order.

Is there perhaps a possibility to generate an automatic flow for this problem.

So > Colleague uploads the order into, say, an Onedrive folder. The order is scanned for what item numbers it contains and based on that, those item numbers are retrieved from the price list.
Thus, a new excel document is automatically generated which contains the price behind the item numbers with a total price of the entire order and all in a new excel file.

So you have three files >
Order of customer in Excel (Input)
Pricelist (Pull data from this file > price)
Order confirmation with prices (output)

I hope someone can help me on my way.

    You’ll want to create a flow that…

On the entry of a customer order in OneDrive

    1. Creates a copy of a template Excel file with a blank table with all your desired output columns.

    2. List rows present in table on the customer order file.

    3. Apply to each row returned from List rows

-List rows present in table with a filter query set to ‘CustomerOrderItemColumnName’ eq ‘PriceListOrderItemColumnName’ so it just return the corresponding price row for the item.

-Create row on the copy of the Excel template where you can enter any dynamic content from either customer order or price list into the new row on the output table.
