Need your suggestion on how to build such table in Power Apps

Hello comrades

I am trying to replace a paper form with Power Apps.  SharePoint list will be the database, user will be able to fillout and submit form via Power APPs

As you can see from attachment, I would like to have such table in the form(each item),  but there are totally ~ 160 cells,  does it mean that I have to have 160 coulmns in SharePoint list to store data ?

Considered the data table, but it is useful to show the whole list ranther than single item,

If you have anther approach or soultion please share with me.

Really appreciate your help

    You may create only 20 columns. And use unique id to capture different rows of the record belongs to particular form

    Hi @52FY919 ,

    If you have 8 forms and 20 columns each, maybe you can have 20 columns with the criteria and a 21st with Form Number. You can create more than 20 columns in SharePoint (there are some limits on field types, but they are in the hundreds), but "breaking down" your data as suggested may be an alternative.

    @WarrenBelz  Thank you!

    Can you please let me know if I have misunderstanding

    You mean to have 8 forms on Power Apps screen, each form presents each criteria row , so when users submit the form, there will be 8 items get created in the list. could you please advise what the best apparch is to create multiple items based on this scenario, as I know, the edit form doesn't support creating multiple items.

    Thanks for your suggestion!

    @52FY919 ,

    If you have the "21st field" (call it FormNo for now) on each form - set the Default of this to the individual Form Number (you can hide it if you want) . When you submit all the forms, each will write a record with their individual criteria, with the particular Form Number in the field.
