Error code "InsufficientUIFlowPermissions"

Hello

I have developed a UiFlow that runs as a part of a larger automation created in Power Automate. The UiFlow will run attended on the machine of the users, and we have delegated the appropriate license for them to do so.

When attempting to run the UiFlow, after setting up the gateway and connector, we find the following error message when executing the UiFlow for the run-only users:

{
  "error": {
    "code": "InsufficientUIFlowPermissions",
    "message": "User does not have sufficient permissions in CDS to access the UI flow. Please ensure the user has read or write access to the Process entity."
  }
}

How do we go about solving this error? I can't find any CDS entity named Process where permissions can be set.

    Did you solve this? I have the same issue and documentation is very poor.

    @lcosta @gpsbol

    Hopefully you found a solution to this problem before this date, but I'm writing this here just in case others have similar issues in the future.

    The problem in my case was that the run-only-user had been granted access to the main flow, but not the UiFlow. When the users were given permissions to the UiFlow, the problem was solved.

    Working with MS support on this exact issue. it sounds like the process table is used in the backend of Dataverse. To get around this you must give your user system customizer permissions for the environment. Not an ideal solution, but it works as a workaround. hope this helps

    What if I don't have a UiFlow?

    What is a user system customizer? Is this a role, person... or is it a process?
