Taking reivent information into Sharepoint list

POWER AUTOMATE HELP-Hello all, I think this is a really quick fix, but having memory lapse.

So this is an approval flow-

SharePoint list(when item is created) starts the flow.
Then I want it to get the email address from another SharePoint list (alongside other details in that list, the list is because personnel move around SQN etc but must always read and sign).
Start and wait for approval, taking the stop press number, link and release date from List 1. and the email address from list 2.
Condition, if yes create new item if No, then resubmit as they must approve.
Create new item, this is where I'm struggling I want it to take the correct columns from list 1 name, rank, unit, Sqn, Section from list one to the correct person who approved. Also then a DTG and the Stop press number they have signed for that bit I know, how to do.

Any one got any ideas of what I need to do.

Also at the moment it freezing on the approval request, its going amber when running but carrying on for days.
