Power Automate send a personalized HTML Table to each user by email

I need to send by email to each user a HTML table with personalized data for each of them. Example: User A has 5 elements but the flow he creates only sends 3. Can anyone help me?

    Before I go to far, is all the data you want ot send in a SharePoint list?  If it is I think I can help you but sdo not want ot go to far if it is not.
