I have a flow where i am taking a SharePoint list item, creating an html table, and then emailing it. When i try to save the flow, i get the error message "The template validation failed: 'The action(s) 'FormatTable' referenced by 'inputs' in action 'Compose_2' are not defined in the template.'." My compose step is a replace with the formula replace(outputs('FormatTable'),'<td>','<td style="padding:20px">'). It appears that i'm referring to FormatTable incorrectly. Can anyone advise?

Hi @ahhollan

You will sometimes see this issue if you rename an action after referencing it in an expression. Please check the name of the action where you are formatting the HTML table. Are you able to post a screenshot of your Flow actions?

Hi @ahhollan

It looks like you either need to change to expression to be

replace(outputs('Create_HTML_Table'),'<td>','<td style="padding:20px">')

or

replace(outputs('Compose'),'<td>','<td style="padding:20px">')

depending on where the output variable is coming from.

You could also just delete the text outputs('FormatTable') from the expression and re add the Dynamic property if you don't want to manually type the changes. See if that resolves your issue.
