Avoid duplicate row add to Excel

Hi all. My flow has an action that adds a row to an Excel Spreadsheet. I'm trying to add a check so that if a column contains a matching value, it will skip adding the row. If the column does not contain a matching value, it will add the row. I think I'm part of the way there, but haven't gotten it to work as expected yet. Can someone help point out what I'm missing?

Please check the below article it is doing the same but on sharepoint yet you can do the same using Excel by adding a filter query on List Rows to check if the row pre-existed, hope it gives you an idea!

    Hi @ryan2k

You can even use these steps as well.

Get row from excel , so if not find it will throw error, so in config run after you can use handle exception if not able to find row, it will go for updated row.
