Check, Lookup before patching in Sharpoint list

Guys

I'm back again, need your help on this. This is what I use as patch function.

Patch(BDPinturaProjeto,ThisItem, {UserBDPintura: TheUserName, DateBDPintura: Now(), StatusPaintBDPintura:PaintStatusYes.Text});Set(varsingleScan1, "");Reset('ScanToFind-Engine');Refresh(BDPinturaProjeto)

And this is what I need, patch only if my column under the same sharepoint list empty. List is the Same (BDPinturaProjeto), colum to look before patching (ScannedBDPintura).

Patch(BDPinturaProjeto, LookUp(BDPinturaProjeto, ID=ThisItem.ID && ScannedBDPintura=Blank()), {UserBDPintura: TheUserName, DateBDPintura: Now(), StatusPaintBDPintura:PaintStatusYes.Text})

I made a mistake explaining (sorry), and this is what I need(Do not allow Patch if my column under the same sharepoint list empty/blank). List name is the Same (BDPinturaProjeto), column to look (ScannedBDPintura).
