Quick description

I flow triggered by arrival of a new email in shared mailbox. The body is then fed into the HTML to Text connector. The resulting raw output is as follows ( I have removed part of the true output a bit for privacy reasons.) I assume my issue is something with my expression that I am not seeing, any advice would be appreciated, or maybe I'm just being dumb here.

However, when I got directly to the next step, which is a compose step, the input shows something different

why did you decide to convert HTML to text? What your flow is aimed for?
