Hello All, Is there any possible way of getting an option of adding notes from portal. I am getting attachment option but i am not able to get the adding note option.

    Based on the issue that you mentioned, do you want to add notes to your portal?

    Could you please share a bit more about the scenario?

    I think the key is the Entity Forms within the Portal Management.

    1. Open your Portal from the Dynamics365 page.
    2. Select the Entity Forms

    Note: Do not forget to save the form.

    Hello All,

    I have done all the steps mentioned as above.

    also you are correct , i need to add the notes from the portal.

    i am not able to add any notes , also there is no Add Note button visible to me .

    I have only attachment button enable and i am able to attach file from there.

     

    I am not sure what is wrong in this.
