Hi All,

I'm new to Power Automate; I'm building an automation task for my daily routine maintenance job. This information needs to be sent to stakeholders to notify them about the change with some lead time.

Requirements :

Week 1 ( Monday to Sunday) - Excel file is uploaded any date/time between Monday to Sunday and dont take this week's data.

Week 2 ( Monday to Sunday) - Lead Time ( Don't take this week's data)

Week 3 ( Monday to Sunday) - Lead Time ( Don't take this week's data)

Week 4 ( Monday to Sunday) - Get data from Monday's Planned Start Date/Time 07:00 and  Planned End Date  (all)

Week 5 (Monday) - Planned End Date 07:00 time Monday

For example, when I upload an excel file on Wednesday, 09/06/2022 (any time). I should get data from 27/06/2022 07:00 morning to 04/07/2022 07:00 end time.

My current working flow :

1) When a file is created is a folder -> Get tables -> List rows present in table ->  Compose Value from Excel to JSON array-> Several Filter Array from JSON data  -> Create HTML table with data  -> Send Email

@Gokulabalan Use formatDateTime() to format your date time value. In create HTML Table use option Custom rather that automatic columns.

Please 'Thumbs Up' the posts that helped you and 'Accept as Solution' if my post answered your question.
