I want to create a display of summarized data from my SharePoint list. I have an app that tracks hours and I want it to consolidate the information given per user, task and hours.

This is an example of what items are displayed in the SharePoint list for one user (example data):
Name: John | Task: Raking | Hours: 2 | Date: 10/20/24
Name: John | Task: Blowing | Hours: 4 | Date: 10/20/24
Name: John | Task: Mowing | Hours: 2 | Date: 10/20/24
Name: John | Task: Raking | Hours: 1 | Date: 10/21/24
Name: John | Task: Blowing | Hours: 3 | Date: 10/21/24
Name: John | Task: Gutters | Hours: 3 | Date: 10/21/24

My table would display as:

John: Raking 3 hours; Blowing: 7 hours; Mowing: 2 hours; Gutters; 3 hours

And the data would be displayed based off of the two date pickers. So If I select 10/1/24 - 10/31/24 then it would gather the information only for that month.

Are you looking to do this in a Canvas App or inside a model-driven app or something else? Are you looking for help on how to get started?
