You can share with as many people in your Tennant as you want - what do you mean by your question?
Sharing an app just means that other users have access to run the app. When they run it the backend data source will be the same for all the users. But any local collections will be for each individual user because its on their device. The number of users who can use a back end data source simultaneously will depend on the data source. For example, Sharing Excel files on OneDrive can be a problem with lots of users.
I mean... @WarrenBelz ... I can share with multiple users at same time? Only with Azure group? And with SharePoint group?Or there's another to control and share with group? With a flow ?
You can share with anyone in your Tenant with the appropriate licence - as @Pstork1 has pointed out the app is actually downloaded to the local device app or browser, then they are all connected to whatever data sources the app uses.

To share with a group it has to be a security group. Security groups are groups that have a Security Identifier (SID). Office 365 groups are security groups. Regular SharePoint groups are not.
